This extended degree contains a foundation year offering a great platform to prepare you for degree level learning even if your background is in different subjects. If you don't have the traditional entry requirements or your background isn’t relevant you will be able to consolidate your skills before you embark on the two-year course. It covers a range of subjects including construction management, engineering geology, hydraulics and soil mechanics. You will also be able to specialise in water engineering, bridge design and concrete structures. Preparing you for degree-level learning and a future career in civil engineering, our degree will offer you an opportunity to develop professional work-related skills and excel in your chosen career in engineering.
