Course summary
The MSc in Digital Transformation Management & Leadership develops future leaders who understand not just what technology can do, but how to guide people and organisations through complex transformations while maintaining focus on human values and cultural intelligence. The programme combines strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on application. You will tackle real consulting projects with companies while exploring cutting-edge sectors through specialised workshops in areas like space economy, cybersecurity, and robotics. The programme develops both analytical skills for data-driven decisions and entrepreneurial vision to identify and create new opportunities. Choose your specialisation track in either consulting, featuring GenAI for professional services; or finance, with deep dives into financial markets and institutions. The programme also emphasises the social, political, and ethical dimensions of digital transformation, preparing you to build businesses and lead organisations responsibly in a rapidly evolving world. Our diverse cohort brings together students from technical backgrounds alongside those from business, economics, and other disciplines. This mix of people with different strengths helps bridge the gap between technology and management, creating rich peer-learning opportunities throughout the programme. Graduates emerge as leaders and entrepreneurs who can translate between technical teams and executive boards, design transformation strategies, and build new businesses that leverage the latest technologies while staying true to human values. You'll be prepared for senior roles in consulting, corporate innovation, technology leadership, and launching your own ventures across industries.
