Course summary

This degree offers you the chance of an 8-week internship, in China, Mexico, Vietnam, Manchester (UK), or done remotely online. The internship is supported by Pagoda Projects from start to finish. Presenting you with a choice of internship companies, the different locations and then supporting you in your chosen country for the 8-weeks. This is an amazing opportunity for you to experience working, as part of your degree. The programme aims to give a detailed knowledge of the area of Finance. All of the degrees in Finance are useful as general degrees, particularly given their analytical and quantitative content. Finance degrees are useful for those students who wish to become professional financiers and gives those students a high-quality education in finance. The programme covers a range of applied areas of finance including a knowledge, of financial analysis and simulation, security analysis and portfolio management, plus a broad understanding of the nature of the workings of financial markets, institutions and the financial instruments that underpin financial transactions.
