This course is ideal for those thinking about starting a career or developing their current career in construction site supervision and management. The course is accredited by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education as a Higher Technical Qualification. You will: Develop your knowledge of Building Information Modelling Advance your communication skills in presentations and project report writing Acquire knowledge on sustainability of Modern Methods of Construction Gain understanding of digital technology use in construction project management This course will give you a firm foundation to progress to an undergraduate degree in any of the following areas: Construction Project Management, Project Management or Property and Real Estate Management. Students can also progress onto the HND in Construction Management (Construction Design and Build Technician) course.

Assessment method
Lectures, Seminars and Industry Workshops, Tutorials, 2D & 3D Modelling, Virtual / Remote Learning, Site Visits and Field Trips. Assessments shall include course work, written assignments, project reports, presentations, professional discussions, engineering surveys and portfolios of evidence.
