If you have high emotional intelligence, and are good at understanding and relating to people, this course will help you to become effective and skilled in supporting others with achieving their aims and objectives, while developing yourself. On our course you'll gain a solid grounding in a variety of helping approaches and techniques, so that you can build effective relationships with others in areas such as the voluntary sector, human resources, social care, health and education. In the current climate, demand for these skills in all sectors is increasing as awareness and attitudes to inclusion and mental health needs across the population change. Once you have completed your degree, a wealth of career opportunities in everything from HR to social care await you.
