Course summary

Our hospitality management degree is designed to turn students into the entrepreneurial, creative and strategic managers the international hospitality industry needs. This degree in hospitality management includes modules in entrepreneurship and technology, operations management, event production and event marketing. You'll also have the chance to put theory into practice on a UK or overseas-based internship. At the end of the course, you should have the key skills and experience you need for managerial roles in the hospitality industry, both in the UK and overseas. As one of our hospitality management graduates, you'll be able to identify and make the most of business opportunities and find creative solutions when problems arise.
