Assessment method

Your knowledge and skills will be informally assessed on an ongoing basis throughout the pathway through a range of methods and processes. You will have opportunity to receive formative feedback on your work at various points during the course through a variety of learning activities. Formal or summative assessment will take place throughout the pathway to enable appropriate feedback to be returned to you in between assessments. Assessment of knowledge and skills may include written essays/reports, reflective writing, case studies, oral/poster presentations or Objective Structured Examinations (OSE). All assessments focus on your ability to progress and integrate theory and practice.


Entry requirements

Degree at 2.2 or above or Professional Diploma in Radiography or its equivalent in a relevant discipline. Applicants must be a registered practitioner with at least two years' professional practice and post- registration development. Two references, one from the applicant's potential radiologist mentor. A letter of support from the workplace. Applicants may also be required to attend an interview.


English language requirements

If English is not your first language you require an IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no element below 5.5 for most standard undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
