Course summary
This course is a multidisciplinary, flexible degree that provides students with the opportunity to learn key principles in public health and leading to a wide range of careers. Students will get experience in global health, research methods, healthcare leadership and management. It also provides a pathway to postgraduate degrees related to public health, health policy, and healthcare leadership and management as well as higher degrees by research. The course prepares students to take up careers as researchers, health promoters, public health practitioners, public health officers, health protection agents, analysts, planners and managers and leaders.
Assessment method
Course work; group and individual project work, reports, oral presentations and podcasts.
