Course summary

We are internationally recognised as a team of interdisciplinary experts in studying disorders related to the ear, nose, throat (ENT) and related structures of the head and neck. We utilise high-tech hearing labs and a wide range of methodologies to:

  • study the pathophysiology of and improve the diagnosis and treatment of ENT problems, such as hearing difficulties, tinnitus or hyperacusis, and other related conditions
  • develop and assess hearing devices including hearing-aids and cochlear implants; improve communication behaviour
  • promote the management and treatments in ENT, including enhanced audiological measurements, neuromodulation and cell therapy.

  • hearing and listening
  • tinnitus and hyperacusis
  • auditory measurements and assessments
  • hearing aid development and evaluation, including: hearing-aids and cochlear implants
  • ENT management and treatment, including: audiological treatment, neuromodulation and cell therapy, precision medicine, clinical trials


Entry requirements

2.1 degree (or international equivalent); English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element).
