The programme mirrors the industry standards of British Weight Lifting and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association. Our course is a dedicated distance learning postgraduate degree, which focuses on you as the practitioner. This award can be undertaken or completed in 2-3 years, depending on the number of modules taken each year. Entry requirements

Applicants should hold a 2:2 degree or equivalent professional experience or learning in a related field such as sports science or strength and conditioning. Applications from all candidates will be considered on their merits in the light of the nature and scope of the programme and if they have experience in the sports industry. A detailed admissions procedure will be forwarded on application.
