The programme mirrors the industry standards of British Weight Lifting and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association. Our course is a dedicated distance learning postgraduate degree, which focuses on you as the practitioner. It’s underpinned by science, which ensures a balance between academic theory and field-based coaching skills. - We work alongside British Weightlifting, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.
- We partner with the Football Medicine and Performance Association (FMPA), which means you'll have a direct link to the football industry.

- Question, critique and develop your knowledge, competency and ability to coach in all areas of strength development and conditioning.
- The course will allow you to dispel incorrect training approaches and instead develop a sound approach to the content of your coaching and behaviour as a coach.
- The course is progressive in nature, so that you will be well equipped to perform at a high level in a range of sports spanning power-based, team-based, combat and endurance sports.

Entry requirements
A minimum of a lower second class (2:2) honours degree of a UK university or its equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline | A qualification or experience deemed to be equivalent to the above. Those applicants seeking entry with appropriate experiences will be required to demonstrate the suitability of this experience both on application and at interview | For international students IELTS: 6.5 with no sub score lower than 6.0 is required or acceptable equivalent
