Businesses must constantly adapt to the fast-paced global market. Employers seek graduates with practical skills and real-world experience beyond business theory. Our BA(Hons) Business and Management offers an interdisciplinary education guided by research-active experts and supportive tutors. Through combining theory and practice you’ll explore key business functions like marketing, operations, strategy, and human resource management. The curriculum challenges your thinking and supports your professional development with entrepreneurial perspectives, academic research, and social sustainability. You’ll also engage with industry professionals through fieldwork, pitches and guest lectures. From day one, you’ll participate in real-world learning experiences through our Professional Practice Stream, working closely with mentors and tutors to build a portfolio for potential employers. In your final year, real-world practice modules, including a final professional development module, will allow you to show you can combine everything you have learned for the professional world. Opportunities for experience are available through placements, study abroad, and live briefs. This course is ideal if you seek a career in business and management and want the flexibility to discover new areas. There’s flexibility to follow your interests through optional modules, accessing broad career pathways. Graduates often secure management roles in various business functions and industries.
