The MSc Cybersecurity equips graduates with state-of-the-art knowledge and skills in Cybersecurity. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE Modes of delivery of the MSc in IT Cybersecurity include lectures, seminars and tutorials and allow students the opportunity to take part in lab, project and team work. Courses Programming and Systems Development (H) Enterprise Cyber Security (M) Research and Professional Skills (M) Principles of Cybersecurity Emerging Topics in Cybersecurity Advanced Networked Systems (H) Human-Centred Security (M) MSc Project for Computing Science+ Cryptography and Secure Development (M) Cyber Systems Forensics (M) Secure Programming in Rust CAREER PROSPECTS After studying at Glasgow, some graduates have gone on to work for large tech companies including Google and Apple. Other graduates work in cybersecurity roles for UK-based startups, education providers and financial institutions.

Entry requirements

2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in a degree with Computing as a major subject, with modules in Computing at an average grade of pass. We normally require Computing modules to make up at least 50% of all subjects studied in the final two years of the degree.
