Course summary

**Develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work as a company secretary. You’ll prepare for a dynamic career at the governance heart of an organisation. This programme is accredited as meeting the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP).** This course will enable you to expand your horizons across the corporate sector. You might have existing experience in law, finance or general business. As part of this course, you’ll:

Entry requirements

A 2.2 Honours degree in a related subject or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. IELTS: 6.0 with no skill below 5.5 (or equivalent).
