Course summary

Our MSc in Physical Activity and Nutrition for Public Health provides advanced training in the critical role that physical activity and nutrition play in public health. The programme is research informed and combines both academic knowledge and practical skills to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of effective public health strategies. You will explore how physical activity and nutrition influence health across diverse populations, gain expertise in measuring behaviours, and examine how public policies can support healthier communities. Assessment method

Entry requirements

We would expect students to have at least an honours degree (2:1 or above) in sport science or other relevant science that contains aspects such as epidemiology, behavioural medicine, human biology, nutrition, physiology, psychology, public health.
