The Masters in Management with Human Resources provides a developed understanding of both general and human resource management, combined with a detailed introduction to the issues faced by contemporary business and human resource management. WHY THIS PROGRAMME

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE You will take a series of core and optional courses and complete a substantial independent piece of work, normally in the form of a project, dealing with a topical management issue. Students will be given a choice of research dissertation or project. There are also non-assessed, compulsory workshop programmes, involving participation in a series of reflective learning exercises that include induction events, strategic case analyses and debates. Entry requirements

2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in any subject. Prior work experience is encouraged but not required. This is a generalist degree for students who have no previous studies in the area of management and human resources. Those students who do have previous experience in this area are advised to consider the MSc International Human Resource Management & Development. International students with academic qualifications below those required should contact our partner institution, Glasgow International College, who offer a range of pre-Masters courses.
