Course summary
This MBA programme is aimed at future healthcare leaders wanting to examine existing health systems and practices around the world, as well as explore the impact of innovations and rapid technological development on healthcare. The core modules of this programme provide a thorough grounding in essential and practical managerial skills, such as change management, strategy, marketing, finance, and leadership. You will also develop an understanding of advanced problem-solving techniques and methodologies for conducting applied research. This is critical for providing evidence for your leadership decisions. A range of assessments will be used including digital portfolios, consultancy projects, and presentations. Emphasis will be placed o your ability to apply skills learnt during the module towards real world challenges you may face in the workplace.
