Course summary

Combine the study of law and business with our LLM International Commercial Law. This interdisciplinary course is taught by the School of Law and the ICMA Centre, part of the renowned Henley Business School. We prepare you to graduate with a diverse portfolio and skill set through our:

Modules

Sample modules may include: Advanced International Commercial Law Issues, International Corporate Finance and the Law, Research project, Legal Aspects of Corporate Rescue, and International Organisations and Global Governance. Entry requirements

IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent) Entry requirements: Normally a good undergraduate honours degree (2.1 or above) in Law, Economics, Finance and Business Finance or equivalent from a university outside the UK Applicants who have a 2.2 plus 3 years relevant work experience (and/or have passed the Bar exam will also be considered) Applicants who have a 2.2 with less experience and/or higher marks in some law modules may also be considered and are welcome to apply.
