You’ll gain the critical skills to help you manage projects in today’s highly uncertain business and economic environment. You’re taught and supervised by leading project management experts in the University of Sussex Business School. This course draws on expertise from SPRU – Science Policy Research Unit. Within an environment that values innovation and sustainability, you’ll learn to plan and manage projects effectively and efficiently. Gain a comprehensive understanding of, and develop core competencies in:

  • navigating the complexities of multifaceted projects
