Course summary
This course has been designed in order to provide a vocationally orientated programme that allows students to realistically obtain employment; both part time during their studies and permanently post degree programme, due to the consistent number of career opportunities within the International Hotel and Hospitality Sector. Consumers’ tastes and desires for hotels and the accommodation sector are constantly changing and this is reflected in the need for managers to have the educational background that provides the inspiration and confidence to lead the future hospitality industry.
