Develop an understanding of people, their behaviour and wellbeing and how this influences performance in the workplace. Whether you're curious about marketing strategies, organisational development or human resources, our BPS-accredited programme* explores the exciting role of psychology within business contexts. From leadership, team building and motivation, all are important aspects for business to maintain and encourage productivity and further development. You'll learn and critically evaluate the factors that play a key role in fulfilling an efficient and positive environment. Discover the psychological influences shaping behaviour including biological functions, cognition, individual differences and social development.
