Course summary

This course will provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the world of business and management. If you are interested to learn how contemporary operating models can be applied to a global context and across a multitude of organisations and business structures, then this course is for you. You will learn to use innovative methods to efficiently manage a business of any size and scope – from managing your own startup to working in a multinational organisation. The course will support your own entrepreneurial vision and will enable you to succeed in diverse business and management environments. While the course is primarily academic and theory-based, creative thinking and visual elements are interwoven to provide vital transferable skills. You will be working with an expert team of business practitioners and academics who will support your application of business and management processes. You will look at the likes of business finance, policy, strategic management, digital business practice and operations, and project management through a global lens. This course is uniquely tailored for students wishing to pursue a career in business start-up, marketing, digital, branding, e-commerce, buying, business analysis, HR, and finance.
