It will provide you with an understanding of the international context of hospitality management supported by a vocationally relevant curriculum. The programme aims to develop practical, critical and analytical abilities throughout its duration, supporting you in becoming an effective and reflective learner. The programme aims to furnish you with a detailed knowledge and understanding of the principles and practice of hospitality business, thereby enabling you to compete effectively for employment in the international hospitality industry and related service sectors. The programme is designed to meet the human resource demands of the international hospitality industry, and related service sectors, by producing students capable of managing the design, delivery, management and development of food, beverage, accommodation, and other forms of related service, provision within an increasingly challenging global business environment.
