The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resources is becoming more and more common. It is used to help make decisions on hiring, retention and employee development. It can also improve processes for payroll and performance reviews. AI can be used to enhance the ability of staff and increase efficiency. It also helps to prevent biased decisions in a world where inclusivity and diversity are important.
