Based on the principles of the United Nations’ Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), and in partnership with the Institute of Hospitality, the world’s leading, award-winning professional membership body for hospitality professionals, our degree is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to thrive in this ever-changing sector. The programme covers a wide range of strategic areas, from management, marketing, sales management, and entrepreneurship to finance management, leadership, human resources, and governance and policy. We believe in learning by doing. Through the internship, field trips, and hands-on projects, you will apply theories and strategic data-analytics skills developed as part of your Master’s programme to identify, analyse, and proffer strategic and sustainable solutions to real-world challenges. To make your education a personalised journey, we offer two optional modules for your individual project. Assessment method

Students will be assessed through: examinations a range of coursework dissertation or a consultancy project.


Entry requirements

An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2, or above. Applicants without a degree that have professional qualifications or relevant professional experience may be considered.
