Course summary

Our online BSc (Hons) Psychology is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and enables you to gain Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC). It is the first step towards becoming a qualified psychologist in the UK. The course is also highly beneficial to anyone pursuing careers in other sectors such as education, business or health and social care, as it offers transferable skills to a wide range of professions. This is a long established and high-quality course which receives excellent student feedback. The student voice is at the heart of the programme and that enables us to continuously improve the course and enhance the student experience. When you join this programme, you will become part of a psychology community. You'll be invited to online social events, guest lectures, and you'll have access to a large an experienced team of academics for support throughout your studies. Be inspired by our research Academics, many of whom are Chartered Psychologists, in the School of Psychology are actively engaged in a wide-range of psychological research including positive psychology, health psychology, compassion-focussed therapies, nature connectedness and development psychology and more. The programme design is research informed and our teaching in research led, so you will benefit from their expertise and the very latest insights. Intakes The online BSc (Hons) Psychology course has a September and January intake

The programme entails a mix of core and optional modules, allowing you to tailor your studies around your own personal and professional interests, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, Psychology of Eating Disorders, Sport and Exercise Psychology, The Psychology of Illness and Health, Cyberpsychology and many more.
