Our Enrichment Placement, available in Year 2, provides you with the opportunity for doing a placement in the UK or overseas. Our course offers you: Qualified Teacher Status Experience in Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, with enhancement in age-phases either side (e.g. 0-3 and Key Stage 2) Extensive experience in schools with at least 24 weeks in at least four schools or settings Excellent coverage of primary curriculum subject areas and Early Years Foundation Stage Areas of Learning and Development for Early Years, enhances your skills, your confidence and your potential employment prospects The opportunity to develop an area of personal, professional significance interest Guidance and support from a team of highly skilled and dedicated tutors in University and in schools/settings.

Assessment method
We use a wide range of formal and informal formative assessment strategies. These can include essays, small group assessment, semi-structured discussions, presentations and peer assessment. There are observations of your teaching and professional practice.
