Course Overview You’ll learn the foundations of law, criminology and policing. This allows you to experience a broad range of topics helping you decide what area you want to progress further with.   • This course is an ideal pathway if you’re looking to progress on to our LLB (Hons) Law with Business programme.
  • You’ll be taught by leading academics and staff who are professionally qualified as solicitors and barristers and hear from professors who are involved in ground-breaking research.
  • You’ll learn about the English Legal System, the purpose of law and explore topics such as family law.
What you’ll do After progressing from your foundation year you’ll:
  • Learn a range of law topics including tort, land and international law, and get the opportunity to shadow a judge as part of our Judge Marshalling scheme.
  • Learn about generating business ideas and develop your enterprise skills.
  • Learn about how to market a business including digital marketing.
