There are many aspects of contemporary business practice which are enshrined in UK law. Anyone wishing to start their own business or work within a senior position in a company needs to understand how law impacts on the business environment. This programme fuses law and business to create a dynamic and cross-disciplinary degree.

Assessment method

Assessment methods include a combination of seen or unseen examinations, coursework essays, presentations, moots and dispute resolution exercises. The programme modules use innovative teaching and assessment methods to ensure get the most out your degree. The skills you will be assessed on throughout the programme will include essay and report writing, presenting oral argument and seen and unseen examinations. You will also be assessed on your transferrable skills through a range of formative and summative assessment techniques employed throughout the programme.
