CLASSICS: - Classics involves the study of the literature, history, art and material culture of ancient Greece and Rome. Study of Latin and/or Greek language is possible at any level. You will have the opportunity to visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy and Greece as part of your programme. POLITICS: - Politics is the study of the way power and influence are distributed within society and how this affects decision making within and among countries and states. You will study a wide variety of topics within the discipline of politics including courses in international relations, political theory and British politics taught by leading researchers in the field.

SQA applicants who achieve less than AAAAB by the end of S5 but achieved at least BBBB MAY receive a conditional offer, but a decision will not be made on these applications until April once all applications have been reviewed. Conditional offers to these applicants will require them to achieve AAAAB cumulatively by the end of S6.
