Supervision of Therapeutic Practice at University of Sussex - UCAS

Course summary

This course is for you if you’d like to work as a clinical supervisor for clinical practitioners delivering low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions to children and young people in NHS and/or school settings. You’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed for your role, and to ensure safe and ethical practice. The course combines academic study with a clinical placement and experience of supervision. This course is offered in partnership with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, providing a range of mental health services across the South of England. We understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision. We’ll make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the courses, services and facilities described in this prospectus. However, if we need to make material changes, for example due to government or regulatory requirements, or unanticipated staff changes, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
