Course summary
The MA Fine Art: Sculpture at Camberwell College of Arts explores material and immaterial practice in the widest sense. You’ll experiment with a range of work including object making, performance, site-based practice and film. Sculptural processes, whether they be traditional or non-traditional, lie at the heart of the course. From bronze work to 3D printing and virtual reality (VR), making is facilitated in well-equipped workshops run by highly experienced technicians. Your experimentation and research within your sculptural practice is supported by subject-specific seminars and lectures. You’ll consider your making in relation to theoretical and philosophical frameworks. The course creates a critically reflective and diverse learning environment for you to develop your art practice.
