The modern global business landscape and contemporary geo-political challenges have shown us that resources, logistics and supply chains are more important than ever before. The discipline of logistics and supply chain management has gained greater attention in recent times, especially in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic. This course is in direct response to the industry need for graduates with specialised knowledge and education in logistics management. Throughout the course, you'll develop your understanding of modern supply chains and the issues companies face in managing them in these challenging and turbulent times. You'll also explore the issues faced by organisations in managing their logistics and be able to evaluate the impact of supply chain decisions on the success of an organisation. On completion of the course, you'll be equipped with the necessary skills to analyse modern business logistics and supply chain challenges, and to develop value-adding sustainable strategies. Entry requirements
• An honours degree at 2:2 or higher in a relevant discipline Language Requirements: Applicants who do not have English as their first language will be required to demonstrate an approved level of proficiency in the use of the English language. The agreed minimum requirements for this course are: • IELTS minimum 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in speaking, listening and reading • TOEFL IBT 92 with a minimum of 22 in writing and a minimum of 20 in reading, listening and speaking • Duolingo English Language Test - 115 overall with minimum of 100 in each component or equivalent. Qualifications are checked before enrolment, and international students must bring their original certificates or certified copies when coming to study at the University.
