Why this course? Start your successful career in business with us. In your first year, you will gain knowledge and skills in marketing, digital business, data-driven decision-making, and finance, as well as gaining insights into your own personal effectiveness and emotional intelligence. In your second and third years, you will learn about international business strategy and intercultural perspectives, and the opportunity to choose from a range of specialist business modules to make your course your own. You will spend a year abroad in either study or work placement. You have the option to study at one of our partner universities in Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand or the USA. Our diverse mix of specialist modules enables us to offer a choice in assessment methods including presentations, digital artefacts, portfolios and business reports ensuring a real-world insight into being in the workplace. Throughout your time with us, you will work with our close-knit community of experienced and enthusiastic academics and practitioners to help you thrive. You will also have your own Personal Academic Tutor who will stay with you throughout your journey to support your progression, development, and student experience. We have excellent employment prospects, being 2nd in the country (excluding specialist institutions) for sustained employment, further study or both, 5 years after graduation (Longitudinal Educational Outcomes Survey, 2023).
