You will examine the changing energy mix, which includes renewable energy and oil and gas management. You will also consider the social and environmental impacts of the energy sector. Climate change, and the need to make our energy sources as efficient as possible, is arguably one of the most important struggles faced by our generation. There has never been a more important time to understand energy. This HNC Energy Management course explores many aspects of the energy industry including oil and gas exploration and production, renewable energy production and the social and environment impacts of these processes. Modules
You will be introduced to the fundamentals of energy management including modules on the oil and gas industry, petroleum geoscience, the economic environment of business, and sustainability and the energy industry.
