The MSc Data Science (Online) is designed to equip you with the analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills needed to extract meaningful insights from data and make evidence-based decisions in any sector. Designed for individuals from non-STEM backgrounds, this fully online programme provides a flexible route to study, supporting you to balance learning with work and your personal commitments. Delivered through an engaging learning environment you will cover a broad range of topics including programming, visualisation, big data and ethics. We are initially accepting applications from students in UK, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh and Republic of Ireland. Qualified teacher status (QTS)

To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:

Entry requirements

An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2, or above, in Computing, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, IT or a relevant STEM subject. Applicants without a degree that have substantial commercial/industrial experience including software development using modern programming languages and design may be considered.
