Our programme will enhance your critical understanding of the foundations of project management within diverse global business environments. You will explore the different project management strategies, methods, software, tools and competencies required to effectively manage diverse and complex projects. Contemporary theories and concepts are integrated into the curriculum to provide you with a solid and up-to-date grounding in the subject. These currently include agile project management, a systems-thinking holistic approach that can assist with managing projects, project management 2.0 - which has seen the enhancement of project management for the 21st century, and the use of the latest project management software.
