Course summary

Our MSc International Human Resource Management course will prepare you for people management within international organisations. You will develop skills in recruitment, talent development, training, and performance management. You will also learn to lead organisational change through the Managing Transformation module and a summer research project. This programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at level 7, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), offering a direct route to CIPD membership. Assessment method

Business project in HRM or dissertation

Qualified teacher status (QTS)

To work as a teacher at a state school in England or Wales, you will need to achieve qualified teacher status (QTS). This is offered on this course for the following level:

Entry requirements

Entry requirements: minimum 2:1 or equivalent from an internationally recognised university. IELTS: 6.5 with no component below 5.5 in any sub-skills.
