Course summary

The HND programme will provide you with a more advanced understanding of civil engineering. You will study key areas, such as contract procedures, project management and project research. It is designed as a top-up from HNC Civil Engineering and enables you to study on a day-release. You will attend college on a day-release basis. You will also be expected to conduct additional independent study during your own time away from college to complete the programme. You could enhance your career within the civil engineering industry by progressing to study a relevant subject at university.
