Sport Ed Ex combines the provision of performance coaching and playing pathways in Rugby and Cricket for aspiring athletes (men and women) aged 18 and over with the opportunity to study at Richmond American University London, offering students the unique opportunity to study a wide variety of dual accredited (US/UK) undergraduate degree courses. This programme provides athletes with the opportunity to train, learn and perform in a professional and highly competitive environment supported by highly qualified coaches and tutors, strength and conditioning experts, sports psychologists, nutritionists, analysts and a medical team. With this programme you will gain the fundamental business skills and knowledge to help you succeed in any business environment, whilst developing your people management skills. In the process, this will open many possible career routes from being an expert in employment law to a specialist in workplace training and development. Like our other undergraduate programmes at Richmond, our BA in Business Management: Human Resource Management is based on the American liberal arts tradition, which helps broaden perspective and develops practical skills which are highly appealing to future employers in a global economy. In the third and fourth year, you’ll be able to take your pick from topics which particularly appeal to you. Study highly current subjects such as Organisational Behaviour and the Psychology of Happiness and Wellbeing as well as Personality, Individual Difference and Intelligence, which will you provide you with skills and knowledge which are much valued in the workplace. Renowned and highly qualified business leaders are invited to speak to our BA Business Management: Human Resource Management students, sharing their experience within the industry, while visits to organisations and events enhance experiential learning. Many of our students gain international industry experience through an accredited internship, which helps shape their education and career choice. Modules

We offer 4-year Liberal Arts and Business BA degrees. Students entering with A levels or other level 3 qualifications usually gain exemptions from courses in the Richmond Core Curriculum which can mean that you should be able to complete your degree in less than four academic years. The interdisciplinary Liberal Arts approach offers not just breadth but also depth of study and encourages students to make sounds judgements and think independently. A Liberal Arts education is one which encourages you to explore a wide range of subjects and programmes. It reaches across disciplines, building connections between different academic areas such as literature, science, mathematics, writing, business and psychology.
