The construction industry is one of the most dynamic, diverse and significant in the world. We live, work and play in the built environment, and our Construction Management HTQ course will develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of the technology and management involved in its creation and allow you to excel. Prepare for a successful career in Construction. This new qualification emphasises the practical skills demanded by employers. You will strengthen your knowledge in a range of areas such as Health and Safety, Construction Technology, Project and Construction Management and Principles. You will gain the specialist technical knowledge and skills to enable you to explore a variety of roles within the construction industry which may include architectural technology, construction management, quantity surveying and facility management. Whilst refining your specialist knowledge and skills in construction, you will also gain highly sought-after transferable skills to complement your technical and practical skills such as managing budgets, communication, problem solving and working as part of a team.
