Course Information Are you passionate about health, fitness, and performance? Our Foundation Degree (FdSc) in Sport, Exercise & Health Sciences provides the scientific knowledge, practical skills, and industry insight you need to succeed in the fast-growing health and fitness sector. This two-year programme blends classroom learning with real-world experience, ensuring you graduate with both theoretical understanding and hands-on expertise.
