Studying our Chemistry and Mathematics BSc gives you the opportunity to explore two fascinating subjects. From the technology we use to how we treat illnesses, chemistry is essential to our modern life and offers a wide variety of career opportunities in many fields from pharmaceuticals and food technology to forensics and teaching. The course will provide you with the fundamentals of chemistry and plenty of practical experience in settings such as Keele's state-of-the-art laboratories. Mathematics can be related to almost every aspect of the world we live in. This is why our curriculum is carefully designed to ensure you have a solid grasp of the fundamentals of the discipline, so you can apply these principles to the real world. You will also have the opportunity to align your degree to your career aspirations and interests by choosing from a variety of optional modules on the course. In between years two and three of your studies you can choose to spend a year studying abroad. This exciting opportunity enables you to experience different cultural perspectives and to establish international networks.
