Alongside the technical engineering aspects and theory we'll develop your confidence with communication and team working skills which are essential in any management role. You'll develop your business skills to deal with complex technical issues systematically. We teach you this in the current global economic, social and environmental context of industrial technology within the engineering sector. You will study Advanced Operations Management, Ethics, Lean and Six Sigma Techniques and project management. You’ll have access to our state of the art engineering facilities at our Mansfield site. As the level of automation in the Mansfield and Ashfield region grows, this course will align and work with the local industry to fulfil local demands and future-proof the workforce.
