Throughout the programme, emphasis is placed on honing your communication, academic writing, and teamwork skills - essential attributes for success in any animal-related industry. From monitoring animal behaviour to conducting ecological surveys and assessing animal welfare, you'll gain hands-on experience that can prepare you for the challenges and opportunities ahead. This course is not just about the classroom; practical learning is enhanced through invaluable work placements, providing real-world training and further skill development to enhance your employability. And with access to our state-of-the-art facilities, including a licensed wildlife park, working farm, equine yard, and science laboratories, you should have the tools and resources to help bring your learning to life. Qualification requirements
Applicants should have achieved 5 GCSEs including English, Maths and Science at grade C/4 or above. Equivalent qualifications may be accepted in lieu of GCSEs. In addition applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of one year of Level 3 study and/or have significant industry experience.
