Course summary
This course equips students with advanced quantitative and analysis skills to support decision making, identify the best course of action in complex business situations and optimise processes, procedures and performance. Emphasis is placed on learning fundamental techniques from the fields of management science and operational research, and being able to apply mathematical modelling in an objective way to help solve complex strategic, operational and managerial planning problems.
Entry requirements
A high 1st degree; or if applying for an MPhil or PhD, a relevant qualification at Master's level from a UK or other approved university, or equivalent; applicants must submit a research proposal of approximately 1500 words on intended topic.
