Modules

All degree courses are made up of modules – individual units of study on different topics. Some modules are compulsory; others can be chosen from a list of options. Assessment method

Assessment is varied, and includes coursework, portfolio, practical, presentations and examinations. Each course has formal assessments which count towards your grade. (Portfolio submission and oral presentations will be used for practice-based courses.) Some courses may also include practice assessments, which do not count towards your final grade. For all assessment you will be provided with feedback to help you monitor progress and improve your performance.


Entry requirements

An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2, or above, in Engineering. Applicants without a degree that have relevant professional experience or membership of an appropriate professional body may be considered. Applicants from other backgrounds may be considered.
