Course summary
Our DBA and DProf are designed to enable high performing professionals to stimulate organisational development and contribute to wider debates in their field. Our DBA and DProf participants become active members of our research community. Members of this community are true practitioner-researchers who aim to develop strategic practice and contribute to wider debates associated with the contemporary issues impacting in their field.
Modules
You will undertake a combination of workshops, high-level critical reflection and sustained independent self-directed study.
Assessment method
This will be negotiated with the tutor but generally involves a portfolio and written assignments, followed by a research project. There are no written examinations.
Entry requirements
UK/EU Applicant's: To apply, you will typically be in a position to influence organisational, sectorial or national policy; have an honours degree and a recognised Master’s degree; have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of substantial responsibility and influence; and be able to demonstrate advanced writing skills and a commitment to continuing professional development.
