Throughout the course, you'll examine the legal frameworks and regulations that govern international trade and commerce, and be introduced to key legal instruments such as the CISG and UNCITRAL. Learn to initiate, lead and respond to change in various organisational contexts, while you develop professionalism, effective collaboration and precise communication skills. You'll graduate with a deep understanding of the legal challenges faced by businesses operating across borders, and know how to position yourself as an expert who is capable of addressing them.

Entry requirements

Applicants are generally expected to have a good honours degree in law or a related discipline. In addition, you’ll need to submit a personal statement highlighting why you've chosen this course and your keen interest in the subject. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, collaborative spirit and a curiosity to explore beyond the standard curriculum. Legal research and writing skills, practical experience and an understanding of international trade and business may enhance your application. You may be considered without an undergraduate degree if you can demonstrate considerable relevant experience. In this case, you'll be asked to attend an interview, or to submit a portfolio supporting your application.
