This course offers in-depth professional insight into mental health disorders, addiction, and evidence-based psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It equips you with skills to address stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic health conditions, and prepares you for senior roles or further doctoral study, including clinical psychology doctorate training and PhD. It is particularly relevant if you work, or intend to work, in the NHS, independent healthcare sector, or addiction clinics and seek to deepen your understanding of psychological therapy beyond basic professional qualifications.
